February Update & Favorites

So...I think it was back in January that I tried writing weekly posts about things that happened to me that past week. I managed all of two weeks before I gave up on it. I found that nothing exciting or of interest would really happen, and I wouldn't usually have any photos to go along with it. While I absolutely LOVE reading weekly updates from fellow bloggers, such as Katie & Tori, it wasn't really fitting in my regular, as well as blogging schedule. However, I didn't want to stop posting life updates altogether, that's when I decided that I would write monthly updates here on the blog. This way y'all can stay up to date on my life! I also thought I would be fun to share some of my favorites for the past month. Whether it be movies, Netflix shows, shoes, blogs, music, or my new favorite flavor of tea. I hope y'all enjoy these kind of posts, if you want some more insight into my daily life add me on Snapchat @anchoreditsouth

By the beginning of February, I found myself getting into the swing of my new 2nd semester schedule. My favorite class is Sociology, my teacher is absolutely adorable and the subject is really interesting. It's my last period and it's a great way to end the day. As most of you know I am a senior in high school this year. I have not made a final decision yet for college, we are actually planning several college visits over Spring Break that will hopefully give me a better idea of my top school.

Music
747 by Lady Antebellum
Stand By Me by Rachel Platten
And basically anything by Luke Bryan

Movie/Netflix Shows
Max - German Shepherds are my favorite!
Fuller House - Max is my favorite. Coincidence...I think not!
Gilmore Girls - I've got my mom hooked!

I've also been into watching Ted Talks, I'd appreciate any suggestions!

You can make many plans, but the Lord's purpose will prevail.

  1. Sociology sounds like such an interesting class. I'm getting into the swing of things at school too (slowly but surely!). I hope your college tours go well!
